Every Storyphy book is fully customised. We include your child’s image, name, chosen intrests. Stories and illustrations are adapted so the child appears as the hero on almost every page.
How long does it take to receive the printed book?
After you submit details and confirm the order, we typically need 2–3 business days for production and 3–6 business days for shipping (times vary by location). We’ll share tracking details once the order ships.
Can I request changes to the story or design?
Yes — small changes such as correcting a name or adjusting a detail are allowed within the first 5 hours after submitting the form. After this 5-hour window, we begin the personalisation and printing process, and edits may no longer be possible.
Are the books safe for toddlers?
Absolutely. We use child-safe inks, rounded-corner options, and sturdy bindings. Paper stock is selected to withstand little hands and repeated reading.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders for events?
Yes — we provide bulk order pricing and branded options for schools, events, and corporate gifting. Contact our sales team for a custom quote and delivery timeline.
